How much does shipping cost in Italy?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Italy.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
How much does international shipping cost?
A country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout on orders:
Europe: €10.00
Usa: €25.00
China: €25.00
Australia: €25.00
How long does International shipping take?

Cashmere SRL is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do you offer the Business Invoice for the orders?
Yes, if you want to Business Invoice for your order please send us the request via email to info@beyou-geraldinealasio.com with your company details. Our team will contact you within few days.
Return Policy
Send an email to info@beyou-geraldinealasio.com specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with. We will process your requesting within 4-5 days.
We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.
We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt but are glad to exchange any items or issue a voucher for store credit.
Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order
We will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.
If the price of the item is superior to your original order
We will create a voucher for the full amount payed initially that will be emailed to you and you will be able to use this voucher to buy the new item you would like. Vouchers are valid for a full year.
International Returns
All returned merchandise should be declared as a “Return of Italian Merchandise” on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
